This boot camp is created and facilitated by methodologist who have scaled large highly regulated organizations so you can feel secure in knowing we “get it”.

Organizations not yet Agile will benefit from this boot camp we present what you need to know before learning it from experience. By reducing your learning curve by 9 to 12 months, your organization save hundreds of thousands of dollars reduce waste and risk while increasing customer and employee satisfaction.

For organizations already introduced or “using”  a scaled framework like Large Enterprise Scrum (LeSS), Nexus, Scrum@Scale, or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), our boot camp will fill their gaps and introduce other realisms they do not address.

Lastly, if you are a government agency, this is a must attend event where we address typical challenges across the entire enterprise. These include planning, budgeting, reporting, development, quality, and a vast number of non-functional requirements.
