What we do

Futureproofing critical systems require hyperfocus on operational continuity, resiliency, and active risk management. disruptiveOps embraces zero-day threats, changing requirements, and uncertainty with a forward-thinking mindset, continually innovating to stay ahead of emerging challenges

Who we are?

As highly experienced leaders, engineers, and methodologists within governments and highly regulated industries, disruptiveOps has the services and solutions to establish and maintain resiliency within software and database platforms across your entire organization.

What also makes disruptiveOps unique is our deep understanding of compliance, regulations, peculiarities, and cultures across many industries nationally and internationally.

Our shared values

disruptiveOps hires and retains employees and consultants who share our core values because they create a sense of purpose, belonging, and trust, which then leads to better decision-making and a more cohesive work environment.

Our culture

Our cultural tenets of respecting individuals, leading by example, and our commitment to teamwork gives the opportunity for employees and contractors to work when and where they want.  Hiring based on attitude, intelligence, and energy versus skill set provides a continual learning experience for our customers as well as for our company.

Our environment

Environmentally, we champion zero-infrastructure solutions.  It’s simply the right way to do business. Internally, we not only champion zero-infrastructure solutions, we live it. Other than our mobile devices and desktops, we fully utilize the cloud–form productivity software like Office 365, to development, as we fully employ DevSecOps in Microsoft Azure ™.

As CEO, I alone am accountable for customer success and maintaining a healthy, vibrant, and fun work experience for employees, consultants, and partners.

Meet out Founder & CEO

Jonathan founded disruptiveOps in 2012 as he recognized a need for improvement with software engineering as organizations became more focused on “Agile frameworks” instead of true quality and resiliency. Since then, Jonathan has led countless engagements with governments, large corporations, and startups nationally and internationally.

Some of the most recent innovations to help large and complex organizations include patented Waste, Opportunity, and Risk Engine (WORE), Lifecycle Sleuth, Iron Pipeline (patent pending), and DataOpus which became a separate company in May 2024.

Jonathan’s goals now include attaining and strengthening partnerships to further protect the United States Critical Infrastructure.
