Database Resiliency - Tabletop Exercise

Our tabletop exercise approach for learning how to establish and maintain database resiliency is ideal for organizations that want to immediately improve their risk posture.

About the tabletop exercise

Using our DataOpus product and findings from a real database, your team will be confronted with literally thousands of findings and then be tasked to develop a plan to accept, mitigate, or resolve them.

During the exercise, your facilitator will not be directly helping you. Instead, your facilitator will be asking probing questions to your leadership and teams for them to learn what they should know, what to ask, how to prioritize, what to measure, and how to constantly improve.

Your organization will quickly develop the soft skills and hard skills needed to enhance organizational continuity by employing the Continuous Resiliency Framework (Discover, Learn & Improve).

This is a multi-day high-energy exercise fully relevant to whatever data platforms your organization has employed. The facilitator will continually teach micro-topics to reinforce real- world issues and considerations. At the end of the exercise, your organization WILL be ready to improve.
