A fortune 300 company requested help to reduce the time to deploy a production-ready software release as leadership was frustrated by how long it was taking.
Modeling the end-to-end flow revealed there were 177 activities consuming on an average of 2 weeks at a cost of $14,000. With our advice, we eliminated and automated most activities thereby reducing the timeline to just a couple hours and costing just a few hundred dollars.
Each team was now able to release daily and reduce cost by $364K annually.
